Founders Awards

Nominations 

Nominate a person or entity using this form. After the nomination deadline expires, the Founders Award Committee will review each nomination and may recommend an honoree to the FMJA executive board. If the board accepts the recommendation, the president will notify the recipient and the recipient will be presented the award at the FMJA Convention’s Award Lunch.

Criteria

Nominees may be any federal judge, person, attorney, law firm, law school, or other organization. Nominees must have made valuable and lasting contributions to the Magistrate Judges system.
